Need To Make A Exchange?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help! We do not give cash back refunds, exchanges only. 


All must be made within 7 days of purchase.

-- All items must have the tags attached and in original condition (no odors, stains, or signs of being worn) All items must be approved before you can send it back for an exchange. If your exchange is approved you must ship back within 24-48 hours, as it must be returned to us by the 7th day or we will refuse your return, and we will send you an invoice for return shipping. 

-- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping. -- Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $5 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the shoes). Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We will inspect each exchange to make sure that it meets the guidelines. We have the right to refuse any exchange for any reason we feel necessary. 

You will be issued a store credit / gift card for your exchange. 

Final Sale: 

All jewelry, accessories, bathing suits, under garments, sale items, and items discounted at more than 25% off are FINAL SALE. 

Please do not ask to exchange something if it falls under the guidelines.
